A Strong Woman vs. A Woman Of Strength

A strong woman works out everyday to keep her body in shape…
But a woman of strength builds relationships to keep her soul in shape.

A strong woman isn't afraid of anything…
But a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of fear.

A strong woman won't let anyone get the better of her…
But a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future…
A woman of strength realises life's mistakes can also be unexpected blessings, and capitalises on them.

A strong woman wears a look of confidence on her face…
But a woman of strength wears grace.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey…
But a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

Welcome to the world of blogging and thank you so much for not selecting to 'word verify' your readers comments, like what your naughty sister subjected us to for the past two years. Tee hee.

Hmm, strong woman? I think a strong woman is a woman who knows how to use a bank, and who doesn't flounder when she gets dumped by her boyfriend/hubby. Met an American woman in Mexico who had come down to San Carlos to live with an American man who she'd met online and who spends part of the year down at his house in Mexico. Well, she sold up everything to be with him; got rid of her lease, quit her job.[She's 63, by the way0 but after two months with him, he decided to dump her. I met her on the street, she looked lost, and found that she had NO IDEA how to use banks, make reservations, call cabs, deal with what had just happened, and well, this struck me as so sad because you'd think that a woman her age would know a lot more by now. Made me slap myself on the back for being so independent, cool, amazing and wow. Tee hee. Just like your sister is. Go and slap her on the back for me, will ya!
I look forward to more of your posts and y'all let us know when Charlotte takes her first steps now, won't you.
